This is an example build showing how a veterinary front desk can hand off routine vaccination-booking calls to an automated agent instead of a staff member. These calls follow a predictable pattern — checking a pet's due date, finding an open slot, confirming the visit — but that predictability doesn't make them any less time-consuming when they land back-to-back during clinic hours.

The workflow answers every call, checks real-time appointment availability, and books the visit automatically, orchestrated through n8n end to end. Once a booking is confirmed, it sends an SMS confirmation through Twilio and updates the clinic's dashboard, so front-desk staff see the new appointment without re-entering it by hand.

The outcome is a booking line that keeps running through a busy stretch of calls without pulling a staff member away from in-clinic work, while still producing a normal calendar entry, a text confirmation, and an up-to-date dashboard.
