Terms of Service

Last updated: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of https://metabytesolutions.online (the Site) and any services you request from MetaByte Solutions (we, us, or our). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

MetaByte Solutions designs, builds, and supports AI agents, automations, and custom software. This Site describes those services; it is not itself a software product. Any actual engagement - scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees - is agreed separately in writing (a proposal or statement of work) before work begins. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer to perform work.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or related networks.
  • Interfere with the Site's normal operation (e.g. scraping at scale, denial-of-service attempts).
  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact form.

Intellectual Property

The Site's content - text, graphics, logos, and design - is owned by MetaByte Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement (code, designs, documentation) is defined in that engagement's own written agreement, not by these Terms.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Case studies and examples referenced on the Site describe real, in-progress, or representative work; specific results are not guaranteed for future engagements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaByte Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or any liability agreed separately in a signed client engagement.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices - review their own terms and privacy policies before using them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
