The portal gives clinic staff and patients one place to see live appointment status, handle rescheduling and cancellations, and confirm payment received, built the way a production SaaS surface is built: consistent data across concurrent updates, real authentication, and a UI designed for a front desk working under actual daily call volume, not a curated demo.

The outcome is a portal that holds up on a busy day: a cancellation or reschedule updates everywhere at once, and payment status is visible without a phone call to the front desk to check.
